Hillary Clinton Warns: I’ll ‘Never Be Out Of The Game Of Politics’

Hillary Clinton, in an interview with ABC News’ "Good Morning America" Monday, said she will "never be out of the game of politics."

Hillary Clinton, in an interview with ABC News’ “Good Morning America” Monday, said she will “never be out of the game of politics.”

Clinton, the former First Lady and Secretary of State, said she must remain politically active in order to keep democracy alive in America.

“I will never be out of the game of politics,” she said.  “I’m not going to be running for anything,” she added, but believes “our democracy is at stake.”

Clinton cited the so-called ‘insurrection’ and former President Trump’s repeated claims of election fraud as evidence that the nation is in peril and will need her political savvy to save it.

“I really am worried about what’s happening at home and around the world,” she said. “So, I’m never going to get out of, you know, being involved, worried and hopefully, trying to help in some way.”

Hillary: I’ll Never Be Out of Politics

Interesting that Hillary Clinton of all people would say democracy is at stake because of somebody making claims of an illegitimate presidency.

Clinton, in a separate interview on ABC’s “The View,” said we were close to “a full constitutional crisis” following the 2020 election.

“That gives me absolutely no satisfaction in saying this because I think we’re in a very dangerous continuing high-level attack on the legitimacy of our government and the election of our president,” she said.

“And obviously, our former president is not only behind it — he incited it, he encouraged it, and he continues to do so.”

Clinton famously, when it was believed the 2016 election was in the bag, said any failure to accept the election results is “a direct threat to democracy.”

She would later insist President Trump lived “with this specter of illegitimacy” because “I was the candidate that they basically stole an election from.”

Rails Against Disinformation

Along with blaming the insurrection as a reason she needs to stay politically active, Clinton pointed her scraggly finger at disinformation on social media.

“I really feel our democracy is at stake, and there’s many reasons for that,” she said.

“Some of them we saw on the screen with the insurrection, some of them because of the revelations about Facebook that creates a world of disinformation instead of, you know, one that we can agree on what the facts are.”

Clinton has previously advised that social media needs a “global reckoning” with disinformation, and urged the media to “rid themselves of both-sideism.”

The architect of the lie that the Benghazi terrorist attacks were the result of an obscure YouTube video thinks democracy is under attack due to ‘disinformation.’

Clinton is making promotional rounds as she celebrates today’s release of her new book, “State of Terror,” something she has described as her “first foray into fiction.”
