Hillary Clinton came to the defense of top Joe Biden aide Jennifer O’Malley Dillon after she called Republicans a “bunch of f***ers,” .
Politico reported on Wednesday that Dillon said of Biden, “In the primary, people would mock him, like, ‘You think you can work with Republicans?” seemingly focused on President Donald Trump and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell.
“I’m not saying they’re not a bunch of f***ers,” Dillon said. “Mitch McConnell is terrible.”

Hillary Clinton Defends Biden Aide Dillon
Hillary Clinton, no friend of Republicans or President Trump, defended Dillon’s language.
“People who stood by Donald Trump for the last four years are now claiming to be offended that a Democratic campaign manager used a curse word? I don’t think so,” Clinton tweeted.

Dillon Walks Back – But No Apology
Dillon later admitted, “I used some words that I probably could have chosen better.”
But she did not apologize.

This After Joe Biden Said Trump Supporters ‘Are Not Our Enemies’
Remember, this was all unfolding after incoming president Joe Biden said he wanted to unify the country.
“We’ve won with the most votes ever cast for a presidential ticket… and we’re seeing all over this nation, and in all cities in all parts of the country, indeed across the world, an outpouring of joy,” Biden said after he was declared the winner of the 2020 presidential election on November 7.
Biden also said that Trump supporters “are not our enemies. They’re Americans.”
“I will work to be a president who seeks not to divide, but unify,” Biden said.
Give Biden some credit. At least rhetorically, he understands that we are all Americans.
Somebody needs to tell this to Jennifer O’Malley Dillon.
The same someone probably needs to tell Hillary Clinton.
