Last week’s terrorist attacks in Paris, London, and Lyon have Americans feeling anxious and dour. Thankfully, a feel-good story out of the White House is just what we need to lift our spirits.
This morning, eleven-year-old Frank Giaccio had his wish come true: He got to mow the White House lawn.
The tenacious yard worker wrote a letter to the White House last August, offering to mow the grounds for free.
President Trump must have sensed a good deal, because Frank was granted permission to mow.

There was something funny about that video. Did you notice it?
When President Trump came out to greet Frank, he barely batted an eye at the president. Frank stuck to his work, and remained dedicated to getting the job done.
Now that’s what I call dedication. Frank certainly enjoyed the experience of mowing the White House lawn, but he didn’t let the fame get in the way of completing the job.
Frank is clearly the kind of kid who understands duty and the value of hard work and initiative.
We need more Americans like Frank in Washington. He doesn’t stop to gab when there’s a job to do.

That his parents supported him to write the White House and make the offer deserves commendation. That the White House read his letter, accepted his offer and completed the paperwork and coordination necessary for Frank to fulfill his wish reflects the personal warmth of the President Trump White House. Tremendous.

Really cute kid determined to get the job done! Lol. Wants to serve & be a Navy Seal at his age, his parents have done a good job raising him. Unusual to see a kid working these days & not inside playing video games!
