5 Donald Trump Victories EVERY American Should be Thankful For

In his first nearly three years in office, America has much to be thankful for in having Donald Trump as their President as opposed to Hillary Clinton.

Trump has been on a mission to implement policies and platforms he campaigned on like no other President possibly in our lifetime.

From domestic policy to foreign affairs, the administration has been firing off his agenda efficiently and effectively – despite being hamstrung at every turn by the liberal media, by judicial activists, and by a Democrat party that once stood for something, but now exclusively exists to resist the progress President Trump is trying to make.

“Our families will thrive,” Trump said. “Our people will prosper. And our nation will forever be safe and strong and proud and mighty and free.”

With that in mind, here are five major victories since Trump began making America great again that we can all celebrate this Thanksgiving.

It’s the Economy Stupid

This is a no-brainer. Liberals and conservatives alike have reaped the rewards of a stronger economy under President Trump. An economy that lagged behind and plodded along under Barack Obama.

Nearly 4 million jobs have been created since President Trump took office, including roughly hundreds of thousands of construction and manufacturing jobs. You know, the exact kinds of jobs Obama famously mocked Trump for in saying, “What magic wand do you have?” to bring those jobs back.

The unemployment rate of 3.7 percent continues to hold at a 48-year low, while rates for minority groups have achieved historical lows.

President Trump, by any measure, has cultivated a roaring economy – one in which the New York Times admitted they had run out of words to describe because it was so good – for all Americans.

One of the unsung aspects of the roaring economy has simply been the confidence the President has inspired in our nation. Trump has restored confidence in the American economy, with confidence among both consumers and businesses reaching historic highs.

Communities are Safer and More Secure

Despite perpetual obstruction from Democrat lawmakers and judicial activists legislating from the bench, President Trump has worked to take control of our border and enforce our immigration laws.

He authorized the deployment of the National Guard to help secure our borders. And when multiple caravans with dubious intentions and unverified migrants tried to overrun our borders, he called in Secretary of Defense James Mattis to deploy troops at the border.

His administration has continued to combat the threat of MS-13 in order to protect communities from the horrendous violence the gang has spread.

Restoring America’s Standing on the World Stage

Suffice it to say, the previous administration which perpetually bowed to America’s enemies and fed them pallets of cash to please, please, please stop building nuclear weapons and hating America and her allies, didn’t work.

Enter President Trump who has reinvigorated American leadership on the world stage.

Under this administration, the U.S. Embassy in Israel has been moved to Jerusalem, America ended participation in a woefully bad Iran nuclear deal, and engaged in unprecedented peace negotiations on the Korean peninsula.

Under Trump, the United States has worked with international allies to decimate ISIS, a terrorist organization Obama viewed as a JV team and which spread throughout the Middle East committing indescribable atrocities under his term in the White House.

Government Accountability

President Trump, in response to the massive Department of Veterans Affairs scandal under Obama’s reign, signed legislation to bring more accountability to the VA and provide our veterans with more choice in the care they receive.

He has sought to make government more accountable to the founding documents, appointing Constitutionalist conservative judges to federal courts at historic rates.

It’s been an effort that left the Washington Post reporting that the President has been “leaving a conservative imprint on the nation’s judiciary.”

“In particular, the White House has filled the influential circuit court judgeships — the second-highest courts in the U.S. and last stop for many major cases — at a faster pace than his recent predecessors,” they wrote.

The confirmations of Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court will only serve to make America a better country as envisioned by our Founding Fathers.

The law and order presidency is just what America needed.

So Much Winning

America is on a winning streak, just as President Trump predicted.

“We’re going to win so much, you’re going to be so sick and tired of winning,” he famously bragged on the campaign trail.

Not just with the aforementioned areas either. The American worker is winning with greater take-home pay due to the biggest package of tax cuts and reforms in history.

Median household income has hit the highest level ever recorded. Retail sales have surged.

Then there are the little victories. Where Obama failed, Trump prevailed helping to win the U.S. bid for the 2028 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles, as well as the U.S.-Mexico-Canadian united bid for the 2026 World Cup.

Perhaps the biggest victory for America that Trump secured was this …

Now that’s something we can all be thankful for!
