Famed Forensic Pathologist Dr. Baden Suggests Jeffrey Epstein Was Murdered

Dr. Michael Baden, a forensic pathologist who has worked on numerous high-profile cases, believes Jeffrey Epstein’s death is more consistent with homicide.

Baden, who served as the chief medical examiner in New York City from 1978 to 1979, provided testimony during the trial of O.J. Simpson, and led a congressional panel’s investigation into the assassination of John F. Kennedy, believes Epstein’s injuries are almost exclusively seen in cases of strangulation.

“I think that the evidence points toward homicide rather than suicide,” Baden concluded during an interview on ‘Fox & Friends‘ Wednesday morning.

The famed pathologist noted that fractures in the well-connected pedophile’s thyroid area are the main reason for his conclusion. Epstein had three fractured bones near his larynx.

“Hanging does not cause these broken bones and homicide does,” Baden stated definitively. “A huge amount of pressure was applied.”

Other Signs He Was Murdered

How rare is it for those fractures in Epstein’s neck to have occurred in a suicide case? Pretty rare. In fact, Dr. Baden has never seen it before.

“I’ve not seen in 50 years where that occurred in a suicidal hanging case,” he explained.

Baden also revealed that Epstein had evidence of hemorrhages in his eyes more common in homicidal strangulation, something that very rarely happens in a suicide.

The iconic medical examiner called on federal prosecutors to release findings of DNA samples that were taken from Epstein’s fingernails and the sheets allegedly used for the hanging.

“They took fingernail clippings to see if there’s anybody else’s DNA on it and that hasn’t been released, neither has information about whose DNA is on the ligature out of torn strips of orange sheets,” he said.

Who Would Want Him Dead?

Baden noted the numerous extenuating circumstance revolving around Epstein’s death – including multiple malfunctioning cameras and a pair of security guards who, while the criminal was on round the clock suicide watch, both conveniently fell asleep at the same time.

“Occasionally a guard falls asleep — never two guards at the same time,” he told Fox. “The issue would be, did somebody come in and cause his death?”

“There were 800 other people in the correctional facility and most of them would have liked to have gotten their hands on him,” Baden added, though it may have been due to the nature of the crimes.

Christine Pelosi, a DNC official, and daughter to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi warned Democrats in July that the sex-trafficking case against  Epstein could implicate “some of our faves.”

“This Epstein case is horrific and the young women deserve justice,” Pelosi tweeted. “It is quite likely that some of our faves are implicated but we must follow the facts and let the chips fall where they may – whether on Republicans or Democrats.”

An analysis by Fox News in 2016 showed former President Bill Clinton traveled on Epstein’s jet, known as the “Lolita Express,” 26 separate times, and that several of them involved Clinton ditching his Secret Service detail.

Gary Byrne, a former agent in the 1990s, noted that Mr. Clinton would often ask Secret Service to allow him to sneak out of the White House and meet up with women outside his marriage.

Clinton denied knowing Epstein in anything other than a cursory manner.

Juanita Broaddrick, a former nursing home employee who accused Clinton of raping her decades ago when he was a gubernatorial candidate in Arkansas, said his denials of knowing Epstein are “worthless.”

Baden’s bombshell report will be anything other than ‘worthless.’

“It appears that this could have been a mistake,” Baden said. “There’s evidence here of homicide that should be investigated, to see if it is or isn’t homicide.”
