Emma Watson Debuts Powerful Feminist Tattoo With Grammatical Error

Emma Watson don’t grammar good.

The Hollywood actress debuted a brand new female empowerment tattoo at Sunday night’s Oscars and summarily set feminism – and grammar – back several years.

Watson decided to go with a tattoo on her forearm that captured the latest segment of the #MeToo movement, an effort to lift women up in a male-dominated workplace such as Hollywood.

As the New York Times called it, it is a movement “driven by outrage and a resolve to correct a power imbalance,” and it consists of over 300 prominent actresses, female agents, and others.

It’s called “Time’s Up.”

Watson showed up at the Oscars with a tattoo to show just how much she supports the Time’s Up movement. In her haste, however, she forgot a little thing called an apostrophe.

Bear in mind that Watson is a product of Brown University and their Ivy League education.

While she was trying to get a little bit of notoriety for the movement, it backfired spectacularly when people on social media started focusing on the grammatical error rather than the message.

Others praised the actress despite the obvious error.

“Emma Watson is ART.”

Well, yea. Because she sure as hell isn’t English.

Luckily for Watson, her tattoo was a fake. She’s probably thanking her lucky stars for that.

Watson, you may recall, took President Trump’s victory in the 2016 election pretty hard, vowing to deliver Maya Angelou books on subways after Hillary Clinton was roundly defeated.

Watson later consoled herself by attending one of the Women’s – with an apostrophe – Marches shortly after Trump’s inauguration.

Months earlier, she counted her chickens before they hatched, celebrating the possibility that Hillary was about to win the White House.

“I don’t know if I would have believed you if you had told me two years ago before I made my HeforShe speech that we might have the first female president of the United States,” she said.
