Elon Musk Fact-Checks Biden Live During State Of The Union Address After Tesla Was Snubbed

Elon Musk taunted President Biden or the “person controlling” the President’s Twitter account for failing to mention Tesla’s investment in electric vehicle production during the State of the Union address.
Biden tweeted an excerpt from his speech that outlined investments being made by Ford and GM in America.
“Ford is investing $11 billion in electric vehicles, creating 11,000 jobs across the country,” he explained. “GM is making the largest investment in its history — $7 billion to build electric vehicles, creating 4,000 jobs in Michigan.”
Musk responded to the comments on Twitter, clearly displeased with the fact that his company was slighted.
Ford is investing $11B to build electric vehicles—creating 11,000 jobs across the country.

Elon Musk Jabs Biden
Tesla CEO Elon Musk ripped Biden during the speech.
“Tesla has created over 50,000 US jobs building electric vehicles & is investing more than double GM + Ford combined,” he asserted.
Musk also teased, “FYI to (the) person controlling this twitter.”

Ford vehicles recently came up during another online spat between Musk and neoconservative ‘Never Trump’ David Frum.
Frum blasted Musk for an ill-advised meme comparing Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s forceful crackdown on protesters to Hitler.
“If you’re comparing Justin Trudeau to [Adolf] Hitler,” Frum criticized, “well congratulations to you on leading a life so safe, so pleasant, with such abundant meals and comfortable beds that you have lost the ability even to *imagine* what fear, persecution, suffering, and pain would feel like.”
It didn’t take long for people to point out that Frum himself had, on multiple occasions, compared Trump supporters to Nazis.

Musk responded to that reality by calling Frum a “hypocritical megadouche.”
Frum, in-kind, responded to allegations of being a hypocrite by urging his followers to buy Ford vehicles instead of Teslas.

Musk a Frequent Critic of Liberal Politicians
Musk has made quite an impression of late going after prominent liberal politicians.
He blasted Senator Elizabeth Warren as “Senator Karen” after the Massachusetts Democrat accused him of not paying taxes and essentially being a “freeloader.”

Musk also mocked Senator Bernie Sanders (I-VT) after the latter said, “We must demand that the extremely wealthy pay their fair share.”
“I keep forgetting that you’re still alive,” he fried back.

Musk has been a frequent critic of the Biden administration saying they are “not the friendliest” to Tesla when it comes to promoting their investments in electric cars in the United States.
The feud between @elonmusk and @POTUS isn’t about Elon getting recognition. It’s about the 90,000+ employees and thousands more contractors who are getting snubbed by the president. Elon is defending his employees who are some of the best talent the country has!

“Biden has pointedly ignored Tesla at every turn and falsely stated to the public that GM leads the electric car industry,” Musk told CNBC last week.
“Tesla produced over 300,000 electric vehicles last quarter, and GM produced 26.”
