President Donald Trump tweeted something and – SHOCK – the left is going crazy over it! (That’s an all-purpose sentence I can use pretty much every day.)
After his epic press conference the other day, the president took to Twitter to call out the liberal media (including the New York Times, NBC, ABC, CBS, and CNN) and said they are not his enemy, but “the enemy of the American People!”

As President Trump said at his press conference, the media “will not tell you the truth and will not treat the wonderful people of our country with the respect that they deserve.” And it’s true – the press doesn’t respect us, they act like they hate us and are our enemy.
Of course, the media and the left (but I repeat myself) were apoplectic at the use of the word “enemy,” but honestly, it would have been far worse if the president had said the members of the press were his enemy.
You know who DID declare certain Americans her enemy? Media darling Hillary Clinton! Yes, Hillary listed Republicans as her enemy – an enemy she was proud of having, no less – right alongside the Iranians during the Democratic Presidential debates back in 2015. Where was all the outrage about the E-word back then?
Dear liberal media, spare me the righteous indignation and selective outrage over who is called an enemy and when. If you don’t want to be thought of as an enemy of the people, start doing your job and working for us. Enough with the fake news and the hysterics at every single thing Trump or the Republicans sniff at. Report honestly and fairly, and after a while, you might begin to earn some trust because right now we simply don’t believe you. If you don’t see the error of your ways and change, you’ll just continue to be your own worst enemy.
