White House Chief Digital Officer Gerrit Lansing was apparently one of the six individuals who was unable to pass an FBI background check and thus was forced to resign from his position.
During his combative news conference with the liberal media on Thursday, President Donald J. Trump tore the liberal media to shreds, and said that his administration was running just fine.
Despite the efforts of Democrats in Congress, President Trump is getting his administration in order and working tirelessly to implement his conservative agenda.
Now, Trump just proved that his operation isn’t just going smoothly, it’s transparent and ethical. Trump just fired six White House staffers for failing FBI background checks, specifically the “SF86, a questionnaire for National Security Positions for security clearance,” and were “walked out of the building by security.”

Among those who won’t be working at the White House was President Donald Trump’s director of scheduling, Caroline Wiles, the daughter of Susan Wiles, Trump’s Florida campaign director and former chief of staff to Governor Rick Scott. Wiles, who resigned Friday before the background check was completed, was appointed deputy assistant secretary before the inauguration in January. Two sources close to Wiles said she will get another job in Treasury.
She’s among others who failed to pass the intensive background check, which includes questions on the applicant’s credit score, substance use and other personal subjects.
Unsurprisingly, the left saw President Trump’s decision to fire 6 staffers who failed an FBI background check as an opportunity to blast the president, instead of applauding his honesty. Western Journalism highlighted some of the more ridiculous attacks on the president:

The criticism of Mr. Trump on this issue is bizarre given that he FIRED these six individuals. Had President Trump kept these six people on staff after learning they failed an FBI background check, then there might be something to criticize. But, given that the exact opposite happened, shouldn’t the president be praised for firing individuals who cannot pass a background check?
It doesn’t matter what President Trump does, the left will attack him for anything and everything. The president made the right call in cleaning house by firing these six individuals, and it is a positive sign of things to come for this administration.
