June is filled with holidays and events from Father’s Day to Flag Day and the beginning of fun in the sun as children finish school, young adults graduate from college, and families head out to various national parks and other fun family adventures.
But June is now most known as “Pride Month” when the government and corporations see rainbow flags take priority over the Stars and Stripes.
I can remember when pride month was meant as a time to reflect on the Stonewall riots and advocate for same-sex marriage. However, as someone who supported same-sex marriages and had always been a supporter of equal rights for homosexuals, the purpose of pride month seems at best lost and at worst twisted.
Ask most pride month fanatics, and like anything rooted in American history, they will struggle to tell you anything of substance regarding the Stonewall riots. Still, they’ll quickly lament how hard their lives are now. But is it that hard for the LGBT community, as President Joe Biden has insinuated?
The British Library, in a now-deleted post, could not resist posting about sex-changing fish in support of gender ideology for Pride month.

A Question Of Pride
President Biden, like most stooges of the left, wasted no time in pronouncing his adherence to the cult of LGBT, releasing the following tweet:
“LGBTQI+ Americans are defiantly and unapologetically proud – and my Administration will always stand with them in the enduring struggle for freedom, justice, and equality.”
He rounds out this ridiculous statement with the following:
“When one group’s dignity and equality are threatened, we all suffer.”
Also, where did the ‘I’ and the ‘+’ come from? Is there a committee in charge of constantly updating this acronym?
LGBTQI+ Americans are defiantly and unapologetically proud – and my Administration will always stand with them in the enduring struggle for freedom, justice, and equality.
When one group’s dignity and equality are threatened, we all suffer.
— President Biden (@POTUS) June 4, 2023
There is so much to unpack in these two simple sentences, let’s start with the first one. What exactly is it that the LGBT community has to be ‘defiantly and unapologetically proud’ of?
How can you be proud of something you just are, as the community often touts? Can you imagine if I proclaimed ad nauseum that I was defiantly and unapologetically proud to be a white heterosexual woman?
I’d be slammed as a racist homophobe, yet this is no different than what the LGBT community does daily. To add insult to injury, they get an entire month where everyone is expected to bask in the glory of their sexuality. Now that we’ve covered pride let’s talk about dignity.

Nothing Family-Friendly About It
I’m curious what President Biden refers to when he mentions ‘one group’s dignity’ that is threatened. Target recently took a very public direct hit on its share prices when it promoted a “pride” collection geared toward children designed by an actual Satanist.
The Los Angeles Dodgers made waves when they invited, disinvited, and reinvited the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence to their stadium. The well-known drag group is famous for dressing in drag as sexualized nuns and also hosting “Hunky Jesus” events during Easter.
(You’ll notice their target is Christians, not Muslims or Jews.)
Take any five minutes in your daily life and search for pride month on Twitter. You’ll get bombarded by images of men and women dressed in various revealing costumes and, at times, leather accouterments engaging with young children. And this activity isn’t just defended; it’s vehemently celebrated, and anyone uncomfortable with it is threatened with getting canceled.

I recently took some heat from family members for daring to say that I don’t believe sexually explicit graphic books such as Gender Queer by Maia Kobabe should be in taxpayer-funded facilities like public schools and public libraries. This book which is so graphic I can’t even post links to its images (which would be funny if it wasn’t so ironically accurate), was given the Alex Award from the American Library Association for appealing to 12 to 18-year-olds.
The book contains images of oral sex between underage youth. How very dignified.
Schools are prisons for the entire year — except for Pride Month. Weird how that works. https://t.co/UvsQ4jB9gs

Best Time To Be LGBT
Uncle Joe speaks of equality, suffering, and the struggle of the LGBT community. Still, there has never been a better time to be LGBT. The Biden administration boasts that 15% of their appointees identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer.
Wild overrepresentation for special political groups is apparently this “democracy” they keep telling us about.
Let’s take a look at some of these appointees, many of which have worked in the White House for much longer than the Biden administration:
- Pete Buttigieg – gay Secretary of Transportation
- Karine Jean-Pierre – lesbian White House Press Secretary
- Ben LaBolt – gay White House Communications Director
- Rachel Levine – transgender four-star admiral and Assistant Secretary for Health at the Department of Health and Human Services
- Ned Price – gay State Department Press Secretary
- Chantale Wong – lesbian Ambassador
- Shawn Skelly – transgender Assistant Secretary of Defense for Readiness

That’s quite the list of incompetent diversity hires. Last year a Gallup Poll found that the percentage of Americans who identify as LGBT had doubled in the previous decade to a whopping 7.1%.
If anything, if the Biden administration truly believes that organizations should mirror the US population demographics, they can stand to fire a few of these LGBT hires. It would seem as though what is considered to be the most marginalized demographic with the smallest population footprint has the best opportunities than any other American.

Wave That Flag! Wave It Wide And High
President Biden had also tweeted this month that:
“LGBTQI+ rights are human rights.”
LGBTQI+ rights are human rights. pic.twitter.com/kOkxSKvfUh
— President Biden (@POTUS) June 4, 2023
This statement is easily my least favorite. Human rights apply to all living and breathing humans, and nothing infringes on the human rights of LGBT Americans.
But the rights of others in this country are being targeted, and the ones doing the targeting are the alleged allies and members of the LGBT community. State legislatures and Republicans in the House of Representatives are desperately trying to keep transgender women and girls (also known as biological men and boys) from participating in athletic programs for actual women and girls.
However, the liberals who have sold their souls to the transgender cult are doing their best to destroy the tenets behind Title IX, specifically the protection of women’s sports to enable women like me and girls like my daughter to play sports and receive recognition for their athletic ability.
Congresswoman Virginia Foxx recently said of the ongoing struggle:
“It is ridiculous that we have had to stand here today to defend the rights of women and girls to participate in sports against other women and girls and they not being taken advantage of by biological males.”
It is ridiculous and shows that the Biden administration cares little for dignity, equality, or human rights. pride month has nothing to do with dignity, equality, or human rights either.
It has everything to do with subjugation, narcissism, and forced compliance. It’s time to retire the rainbow flag because it no longer stands for what it used to.
As for me, I’ll be flying my good ole’ Red, White, and Blue every month because I’m proud to be an American taxpayer veteran who stands up for those who genuinely are marginalized.
