Biden Campaign Demands Networks Stop Interviewing Trump Attorney Rudy Giuliani

The campaign for former vice president Joe Biden issued a letter to top network executives demanding that they stop providing President Trump’s personal attorney Rudy Giuliani with air time.

The letter, received by executives at ABC, CBS, NBC, Fox News and CNN (probably their first piece of fan mail in years), attempted to shame the outlets into not booking Giuliani, then demanded they provide a Biden ally equal airtime to refute Trump’s lawyer if they decide to have him on regardless.

“We are writing today with grave concern that you continue to book Rudy Giuliani on your air to spread false, debunked conspiracy theories on behalf of Donald Trump,” Biden’s campaign argues. “Giving Rudy Giuliani valuable time on your air to push these lies in the first place is a disservice to your audience and a disservice to journalism.”

We think outlets like CNN and NBC have the ‘disservice to journalism’ market cornered with their fake news coverage.

Imagine the media outcry if Trump demanded that mainstream media networks, a vast majority of whom run unfriendly coverage of him and his administration, started demanding they shun certain detractors. He’d be pilloried for acting like a tyrant trying to squash the free press.

Biden, however, gets a pass.

Is there any doubt most of these networks will follow orders from the Biden campaign like the obedient dogs they are?

Trump 2020 campaign manager Brad Parscale responded with an appropriate level of snark, suggesting networks should ban Democrats who have pushed the Russia collusion and Ukraine hoaxes in the past few years.

People like Adam Schiff, Nancy Pelosi, and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez wouldn’t be able to find a home anywhere if we simply had honest brokers being interviewed on the leftwing media outlets.

Giuliani appeared on Fox Business last week and promised “a lot more evidence” on Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden’s dealings with Ukraine.

“There’s a lot more evidence I’m going to put out,” Giuliani claimed. “I put one out today — money-laundering. I’ve got a bigger one for tomorrow, a bigger one for the day after.”

Sounds like the Biden campaign is desperate to shut Giuliani down for different reasons.

Biden has already admitted to using his position to pressure Ukraine to fire the country’s prosecutor for looking into a gas company connected with his son Hunter.

“I said, ‘I’m telling you, you’re not getting the billion dollars,’” Biden said on camera. “I looked at them and said, ‘I’m leaving in six hours. If the prosecutor is not fired, you’re not getting the money.’ Well, son of a bitch. He got fired and they put in place someone who was solid at the time.”

Is there more about to come out? Will Biden successfully silence Giuliani?
