The U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit upheld a subpoena for President Donald Trump’s accounting records Friday, potentially teeing up a landmark fight between the president and Congress in the Supreme Court.
The House Oversight and Government Reform Committee issued a subpoena to Mazars USA LLP after former Trump associate Michael Cohen accused the president of inflating assets and erasing liabilities on federal financial disclosures. U.S. District Judge Amit Mehta upheld the subpoena in May.
“Contrary to the president’s arguments, the committee possesses authority under both the House rules and the Constitution to issue the subpoena, and Mazars must comply,” the decision reads. Judge Neomi Rao dissented from the ruling.
House Democrats say Trump’s alleged actions raise “grave questions about potential conflicts of interest.”
The case is Trump v. Committee on Oversight and Reform of the U.S. House of Representatives.

Then after he was elected, he said he was under audit (not a valid excuse) and soon it was over, he would release them (2 years ago!!). What is Trump so scared of, the truth? There are several truths about income tax:
1) The 16th amendment was NEVER legally ratified by the require number of states! By the way, Congress cannot pass an amendment that violates the Constitution, yet they did it anyways!
2) The Supreme Court ruled that it is unconstitutional, thereby illegal, to tax income.
3) The IRS cannot show you the law because it does not exist!

It covers everything and anything, loans, properties, mortgages, credit cards, income, insurances, bank accounts, stocks/portfolios, IRAs, etc., etc.. The only thing they don’t ask for is what one has had for breakfast. You nor anyone else needs to see anyone’s income tax returns – that is against the law.
