Rep. Steve Scalise (R-LA), the House Majority Whip, was shot along with his aides and a Capitol Hill police officer this morning.
The tragic situation, where the shooter opened fire for 10 minutes, would have been worse except that Scalise travels with a security team, unlike most House members.
But because Scalise supports the Constitution and gun rights, liberals immediately went on the attack.

Funny, I don’t remember the left reacting like this after Gabby Giffords was shot, and they immediately blamed Republican support for guns for her serious injuries.
