After the Charlottesville debacle, the governor of Virginia saw fit to cover for the voter-fraud type Democrats who were responsible for turning the demonstration into violent chaos.

One wonders how many official Commonwealth of Virginia employees the governor assigned to the voter fraud operation in which Andrew Spieles participated? Were the “walk sheets” and instructions constructed and printed with Virginia state equipment and funds?

An estimated 800,000 illegal driver’s licenses obtained in California and nobody voted with one of them? Once again, the MSM backs up the dems 100% on this one so the truth is untold and not heard. If you add up all the real and solid statistics, our President was very close on his voter fraud claims.

  3. Don says:

While the women who voted twice for trump and the one who voted for her dead husband and no jail time.

  4. Richard says:

Let us not be naive. There was rampant voter fraud. The system needs to be changed so the American people can get a fair vote. The time is now. Trump probably won with 85 to 90 percent of the people. Hillcapone needs to be in prison as we speak.

  5. FB says:

Now really people, why on earth would ANYONE not believe the sleazy democrats would do something illegal? That party is corrupt to the core and the corruption has turned to pure evil – see Hillary and Obama for verification.

  6. Esau says:

The light punishment will not deter others.

  7. June says:

Do you think the DNC or Hillary will support this idiot or as usual toss him under the bus. College babies are too stupid to know they have been used by the Socialist Liberals.

  8. Marilyn says:

That’s the reason they are jumping up and down about Russia….any distraction is better than being called out themselves.

    1. Jerry says:

The best defense is a good offense

  9. Norman says:

“No voter fraud in the US”-the biggest and sickest joke of the decade-a Demrat mantra.

  10. William says:

Voter fraud in a Federal election should be a felony punishable by 15 years in prison.

  11. Chuck says:

Gee and the Demorats clim no voter fraud

    1. June says:

      More Liberal fake news.

  12. Larry says:

Part of this punk’s sentence should be, that he be permanently barred from voting.

    1. Sarge says:

Also he should be bared from ever holding public office.

  13. stageangel says:

Just wondering if hildabeast or any from the DNC, have any sympathy for this kid, for doing THEIR bidding? Nah…Sympathy is not in THEIR playbook. Even for one of their own.

  14. Harold says:

They should take away his right to vote because of what he did.

  15. Ron says:

This is just one of many by the thousand, possibly millions, and hopefully a swift justice will prevail and is merciless.

  16. Philip says:

Did the judge take into account how dumb he must be? Most democrats could get a ruling of diminished capacity.

  17. Bruce says:

with all the Trump Haters trying to get him indicted for the nonsensical Obstruction of Justice, where’s the outcry to do the SAME to Prez Obama, for refusing to investigate and prosecute voter fraud???

    1. June says:

Obama can do as he wishes, he has the MSM cheer leading for him, also he is untouchable the same as Hillary.

    2. Tom says:

Right! Because the deep end of the “Deep State Pool” is the Democratic side!

  18. William says:

Past experience and present behavior of democrats is proof positive that voter fraud, on their part, is a minor event. Leftists would think nothing of committing voter fraud, it doesn’t register on the morality scale, to democrats it’s a non event. And that’s a big problem, the left, in general, do not value morality. Morality is a subjective value, as are most values. This may be true but societies are based on what they believe and agree on what is moral. The left, through their death grip on the educational system, have managed to marginalize and water down what one time were moral precepts. Once that process begins, it becomes easier to include all sorts of behavior in the subjective world of morality. For example, abortion, in the eyes of the left is perfectly acceptable. In certain cases it probably is acceptable and easy to rationalize. The case of the life of the host or perhaps where it may be determined that the fetus is horribly deformed and/or brain damaged. At any rate
Democrats have managed to change the value system of the society to a contentious point.

“Voter fraud is punishable by up to a year in prison and a $100,000 fine”
AND, the Judge sentenced him to only 100 to 120 days in jail, and waived the fine??? He should be doing public service for the next 10 years!!! A Plea Bargain?? Did he give up under who’s orders he created the illegal voter registrations???
Does ANYONE seriously think that if even ONE Conservative was caught doing ANY of the things that Demons and Libturds have done there wouldn’t have been MASSIVE MSM OUTRAGE!!!

  20. John says:

Democrat voters: perverts, felons, criminals, illegal aliens, lunatics, negroes (that was redundant) dead people, pets, welfare mooches.

  21. Hunter says:

I am surprised that someone got charged and even more surprised that he received a jail sentence and will be even more shocked if he serves any of that sentence. It is about time that some, usually irresponsible, government official did something, other than to look the other way. Needless to say it was for the democrats that Spieles was committing fraud.

    1. Gary says:

Voter fraud is punishable by up to a year in prison and a $100,000 fine in the Commonwealth of Virginia, but Spieles was able to enter a plea agreement with Assistant United States Attorney Jeb Terrien that limited his sentence to between 100 and 120 days behind bars

Excuse me, but that sentence makes absolutely no sense. The Commonweath of Virginia and United States Attorney General have nothing to do with each other, they are separate, distinct jurisdictions.

It might make sense to let a student off if he turns state’s evidence on some higher people, but I suspect the judge indeed was essentially letting the defendant off. This would be expected if he were a federal judge (the article doesn’t identify him), when the entire federal appellate system is largely a syndicate of crime bosses after being thorougly honeycombed by Clinton and Obama appointments.

      1. Mark says:

I caught that also Gary. My ex wife was a DA. He was brought before a federal court so he would had to have been charged by the feds breaking federal law in order to be judged by them. And seeing how many federal district court judges have gotten in the way of the President carrying out his duties (like the travel ban), I wouldn’t be surprised if he got a sympathetic judge to agree to the plea deal. However, his 100 days in prison will be hell. I saw his photo and he’s going to hear “Gee, you sure have a purdy mouth” alot while there.
