Tucker Carlson, the Fox News host who recently took over the O’Reilly Factor’s prime time slot, fell victim to appendicitis last week and was abruptly replaced on his Thursday and Friday show.
At the urging of his doctors, Carlson went to the hospital with a fever and was diagnosed and treated for appendicitis.
Ed Henry filled in for him in a pinch on Thursday, airing an interview Tucker conducted with Frank Warmbier, father of recently released North Korean detainee, Otto Warmbier.
Dana Perino filled in on Friday.

Carlson had a fever, and his doctor urged him to go to the hospital, where he was diagnosed with appendicitis, Mediaite reported.
The condition, which can lead to death if not treated in time, usually requires the inflamed appendix to be surgically removed.
A Fox News spokesperson confirmed the medical emergency and said: ‘Tucker is now being treated for appendicitis. He is in good spirits and expects to back on the air soon.’

It’s hard to blame them for being so bitter though. After all, Tucker has been consistently eviscerating liberals who dare appear on his show on a nightly basis.

- And curb-stomping another who compared ICE agents to Nazis.
Is it any wonder he’s been setting ratings records and the left has been reduced to cheering on his illness?
