President Trump Stands For National Anthem At College Football Championship, Crowd Roars With Approval

Leading by example … Gotta love it!

President Trump entered the college football national championship game between the Georgia Bulldogs and the Alabama Crimson Tide, then continued to stand while the National Anthem was performed by the Zac Brown Band.

The crowd definitively roared their approval for the President.

“President Trump took the field for the National Anthem ahead of Monday night’s college football championship game,” Real Clear Politics reported. “Trump was greeted with a roar at Atlanta’s Mercedes-Benz stadium, the home of NFL’s Atlanta Falcons.”

Over the last several months, President Trump has made repeated assertions that athletes – particularly football players – should stand to respect the National Anthem, the American flag, and the men and women who fought for them both.

Now, our Commander-in-Chief leads by example.

To be sure, RCP reports that there were some ‘jeers’ for the President, particularly those outside the stadium as he approached in his motorcade.

That crowd, however, was just as you’d expect – people with too much time on their hands, who didn’t buy a ticket to the game, and were belligerent losers.

Case in point – some of them were projecting the words “f*** Trump” on the front of the stadium.

No ticket. No job. No life. No friends … Democrats.

Sounds like a new bumper sticker slogan for our friends on the left. You’re welcome.

Then, of course, there was opposition from this blithering idiot, star running back from Alabama, Bo Scarbrough. Video showed Scarbrough yelling “F*** Trump” as his team made its way down to the field.

He’s clearly NFL material.

As for the rest of the crowd, the majority, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution writes, “President Donald Trump was greeted with a booming chorus of cheers mixed with some boos as he took the field.”

That’s a more accurate description – mostly cheers with a smattering of boos – than you’re going to see from the media today.

    Amazing. With those bone spurs that kept him from serving his country in time of war, he can still walk on a football field, and still play $92 million in golf vacations.

    When politics gets down to this level it’s called Communism. They want to control every aspect of your life, and the “weak-minded” are buying it. Sad, the only thing they know, is how to follow & do what they are told to do by those who control their life.

I’m proud to this Man who respect his Country,And to all men and women who gave their life for your freedom,to all who don’t respect these Country and the flag the symbol of who you are,, and to those who disrespect these Country, the flag.,The president the door is open to all to get out,, you step the face of these country you humiliate the pride and the dignity of these country even the President you all disrespect him,, who are you, do you think you are doing the right things the good things to show who you are to the whole world,no maybe to the people like you who have no manners, you hate these Country for being respectful you can all go out to the country that you like, why are you still staying here you are all animals,not the animals that we know you are different kinds of animals without souls there is God and he was looking to all of you,and this is you teach to your children that fine see you in Hades.
