Malik Faisal Akram, the British Muslim terrorist who was killed after taking a rabbi and three others hostage at a Texas synagogue on Saturday, made a final disturbing phone call to family ranting about “f***ing Jews” and urging others to conduct jihad in America.
Akram engaged in an 11-hour hostage situation at Congregation Beth Israel in Colleyville, Texas before being shot dead by an FBI SWAT team.
He was taken down within moments of making the final disturbing phone call to his family.
In the conversation with his brother, Akram declared, according to the Daily Mail, that he would “go down a martyr” and was prepared for what was about to happen, predicting he’d be “coming home in a body bag.”
Audio of the phone call also reveals his anti-Semitism, referring to his targets as “f***ing Jews.”
“We’re coming to f***ing America. F*** them if they want to f*** with us,” Akram says. “We’ll give them f***ing war.”

What Motive?
Along with revealing the synagogue terrorist’s disturbing motivation, the phone call marks thorough embarrassment for the FBI, who initially referred to the attack as not “specifically” anti-Semitic in nature.
This, despite his targeting of a synagogue over 4,500 miles away from his home.
At a news conference after the hostages had been set free, the special agent in charge of the Bureau’s Dallas field office, Matthew DeSarno, said Akram was motivated by an issue “not specifically related to the Jewish community.”
Senator Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) accused the FBI of “failing Jewish Americans” with such a ridiculous statement.
The recent events that occurred in Texas are horrifying and disturbing. What’s also disturbing is the FBI’s decision to disregard anti-Semitic behavior from the hostage-taker.
The FBI is failing Jewish Americans and needs to reevaluate their statement immediately.

Senator Lindsey Graham was deeply critical of the FBI’s characterization and noted the synagogue terrorist had demanded the release of jailed female terrorist Aafia Siddiqui – known as Lady Al Qaeda for attempting to kill US military personnel in Afghanistan.
“It is very disturbing to hear from the FBI they do not believe the hostage taker’s demands had anything to do with the Jewish faith,” Graham (R-SC) tweeted on Sunday.
“Apparently the FBI believes the hostage-taker randomly selected a synagogue to demand the release of al-Qaeda operative and facilitator Aafia Siddiqui.”

FBI Backtracks
Prime Minister Boris Johnson called the situation a “terrible and anti-Semitic act of terrorism.”
The FBI, by contrast, needed nearly 48 hours to rethink their initial assessment.
In a follow-up statement, the bureau referred to the event as “a terrorism-related matter, in which the Jewish community was targeted.”
On Thursday, FBI Director Christopher Wray admitted the attack was “an act of terrorism targeting the Jewish community.”
