Report: Emails Show Fauci’s ‘Deceptive Nature’ in Attempting to Spread ‘Natural Origins’ Lie

Emails released by House Republicans investigating the coronavirus pandemic seem to expose Dr. Anthony Fauci’s deceptive attempts to push the ‘natural origins’ theory behind the spread of the virus.

Fauci, who served as director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases under both Presidents Trump and Biden, frequently downplayed the lab leak theory.

Fauci stated that “most people hold by” the belief that the virus came from a bat in the Wuhan market rather than a lab.

And he often remained silent as those who promoted any theory other than that involving ‘natural origins’ were cast aside as conspiracy theorists.

Fauci Downplayed the ‘Natural Origins’ Theory

The latest email release by GOP lawmakers shows Dr. Anthony Fauci not only downplayed the ‘lab leak’ theory but actively commissioned a study to disprove it.

And then pretended to the public that he hadn’t.

New York Post columnist Miranda Devine claims the discovery shows “the deceptive nature of Dr. Anthony Fauci.”

Weeks after “prompting” the study to disprove the ‘natural origins’ theory, Devine writes, Fauci “stood at a White House press conference alongside President Donald Trump and cited that paper as evidence that the lab leak theory was implausible while pretending it had nothing to do with him and he did not know the authors.”

At a press conference on April 17th, 2020, Fauci literally pretended he had no idea who was behind the study which supposedly supported the wet bat market theory behind the pandemic’s spread.

“There was a study recently,” Fauci said, “where a group of highly qualified evolutionary virologists looked at the sequences … in bats as they evolve and the mutations that it took to get to the point where it is now is totally consistent with a jump of a species from an animal to a human.”

“So, the paper will be available,” he added. “I don’t have the authors right now, but we can make it available to you.”

One of the paper’s co-authors, Dr. Kristian Andersen, claimed Fauci “prompted” him to write the paper with a goal to “disprove” the lab leak theory.

Here you have a man who believes he is ‘the Science’ committing one of the cardinal sins of any scientist – drawing a conclusion and trying to coax results to lead to that conclusion.

Fauci Tries to Spin the Latest News

Fauci recently tried to spin the latest news by suggesting that the ‘natural origins’ theory considered by some to be unlikely could still be consistent with a ‘lab leak.’

“A lab leak could be that someone was out in the wild maybe looking for different types of viruses in bats, got infected, went into a lab, and was being studied in a lab, and then came out of the lab,” he told CNN’s Jim Acosta.

“But if that’s the definition of lab leak, then that’s still a natural occurrence.”

Here’s a live look at Dr. Anthony Fauci since being discovered as a fraud on the ‘natural origins’ front …

Former CDC Director Dr. Robert Redfield testified last week that he was cut out of early discussions on where the virus came from because he suspected a lab leak, something Fauci denies.

“It was told to me that they wanted a single narrative, and that I obviously had a different point of view,” he said. “Science has debate and they squashed any debate.”

Senator Rand Paul last July said he “look(s) forward to ascertaining Fauci’s involvement in the cover-up of the lab origins of COVID — Under Oath!”

Fauci has lashed out at critics, particularly Tesla CEO Elon Musk, who have called for his prosecution.

“There’s no response to that craziness, Jim. Prosecute me for what?” he asked Acosta. “What are they talking about? I wish I could figure out what the heck they’re talking about. I think they’re just going off the deep end.”
