MSNBC’s attempts to portray Donald Trump and his supporters as racist backfired in spectacular fashion yesterday evening.
During a segment in which a guest criticizes spokeswoman Katrina Pierson for downplaying David Duke’s support as a KKK, white supremacist, the host asked about what this says of Trump supporters.
“What are we learning about his supporters?” she asked.
They then cut to a black man at a Trump rally who immediately put MSNBC’s race-baiting to shame.
Watch the reaction of the flustered MSNBC host: “Um, clearly … Let me just be clear here. Obviously the majority of Donald Trump supporters are not African-American.”
Whoops, that clip didn’t fit the ‘Trump is racist’ narrative apparently.
The host downplayed the Trump supporter’s opinion by implying he’s the only black man in the crowd. Which itself, is kind of racist.

Black Trump supporter: David Duke and people like that they come out from under the rocks this time this year… It got nothing to do with Donald Trump. We’re all Americans. We need to stop with all this racist stuff. Like me and my friend right here (white guy). We just met today and we gotta stop with the racist stuff.
This wasn’t what MSNBC was hoping for.
They were totally caught with egg on their face as they weren’t expecting a black man to downplay the whole BS issue on David Duke and the KKK.
