President Trump did not dismiss the idea of a possible pardon for former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn, saying, “people are very, very angry” with what is going on in the FBI and Department of Justice.

The President was preparing to board Marine One when a reporter inquired about pardoning Flynn, who pleaded guilty to lying to the FBI during Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s Russia investigation.

“I don’t want to talk about pardons with Michael Flynn yet,” Trump said. “We’ll see what happens. Let’s see. I can say this, when you look at what’s going on with the FBI and the Justice Department, people are very, very angry.”

The President also explained why, exactly, people are angry about the entire Russian collusion witchhunt.

“There is absolutely no collusion,” he explained. “Everybody knows it.”

“That was a Democrat hoax. It was an excuse for losing the election,” he added.

As you could probably imagine, liberals and the media went apoplectic at the thought of Trump pardoning Flynn.

Fear not, overly dramatic anti-Trumpers, the President only said ‘we’ll see’ which is a classic non-answer on topics he’d like to keep ambiguous, just to keep you chasing headlines.

Trump lawyer Ty Cobb clarified shortly afterward that “There is no consideration at all for a pardon for Michael Flynn at this time.”
