In what can only be seen as a sharp rebuke to current Democrat leadership, Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA) continued her calls for impeachment and joked that she threatens supporters of President Trump “all the time.”
In being introduced for a speech accepting an award from the Stonewall Young Democrats on Saturday, an unknown individual reads off a list of attributes that he believes Waters possesses, including the fact that “she spots bulls*** pretty quickly.”
The congresswoman then took the stage and immediately delivered a torrent of her own bulls***.
Aside from her usual calls for impeachment – she fired off the term seven times in a row at one point – Waters exhibits a downright creepy obsession with the 45th President of the United States.
An obsession that includes “wak(ing) up in the middle of the night” thinking of ways “I’m gonna get him,” and admitting that she threatens Trump supporters as much as possible.
Waters addressed the comments she made about harassing people in the Trump administration in public. She claimed those specific statements weren’t a threat, but made a confession of sorts.
“The lying president said that I had threatened all of his constituents,” Waters claimed. “I did not threaten his constituents, his supporters. I do that all the time, but I didn’t do it that time.”
Of course, she’s parsing words. Her original threat did specifically state ‘cabinet members,’ but the threat to anyone siding with the President was clear. Something that came to fruition not long thereafter when a group of her own supporters accosted a vehicle, stole the American flag, burned it, chanted “black power,” and then forced a bystander back in his car for the apparent crime of wearing a Navy hat.
Those people had nothing to do with the White House. They were harassed for the crime of being pro-Trump, pro-American, or anti-Mad Max.

It seems Democrat leaders have lost control of one of their more extreme voices in Congress. They have tried to tamp down Waters’ violent rhetoric, yet here she is standing up and saying she threatens Trump supporters every chance she gets.
Many prominent party members have also tried to get Waters to stop screeching about impeachment. And still, Waters is telling anyone who will listen, and I quote, “I say impeachment, impeachment, impeachment, impeachment, impeachment, impeachment, impeachment, impeachment.”
Somebody fix this broken record.
House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, in contrast to Waters’ hopes and dreams, said the impeachment option was off the table. Senator Dick Durbin (D-IL) claimed the process is “not politically viable” and it’s “too early in the process to be using these words,” while Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) said there simply isn’t enough evidence.
Trump himself called out Waters saying, “How do you impeach somebody that is doing a great job and has not done anything wrong?”
With all due respect, Mr. President, the Democrat impeachment push isn’t about doing the right thing for the country, it’s about regaining power.
She said as much when announcing that her party would go after Vice President Pence next.

If anyone should be concerned about being forced out of office, in a perfect world, it’d be the California Democrat.
Waters was once named “one of the most corrupt members of Congress” by the Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington. Ethical concerns first arose from a case that involved steering $12 million in bailout funds to a bank where her husband sat on the board.
She currently owns a nearly $5 million home, and once paid her own daughter $750,000 to mail out campaign flyers. She does this all on a Representative’s salary while residing in a predominantly white, affluent area, in a 6,000 square-foot mansion, completely separate from her district, which boasts the second highest black population in California.
Why doesn’t she care as much about the black community as she doesn’t the current occupant in the White House? Why doesn’t that wake her up in the middle of the night?
Maybe Congress should begin to focus on how they’re “gonna get” this corrupt lawmaker.
