Senator Lindsey Graham, appearing on ‘Fox & Friends’ Monday morning, leveled socialist Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and her ‘squad’ in a rant defining them as “anti-American” and “a bunch of communists.”
File that one under ‘Stating the Obvious.’
The South Carolina lawmaker was responding to the controversy involving Trump and AOC’s ‘squad’ – Rashida Tlaib (D-MI), Ayanna Pressley (D-MA), and Ilhan Omar (D-MN) – in which the President eviscerated them for complaining about America.
“So interesting to see ‘Progressive’ Democrat Congresswomen, who originally came from countries whose governments are a complete and total catastrophe … telling the people of the United States, the greatest and most powerful Nation on earth, how our government is to be run,” Trump wrote this past weekend.
“Why don’t they go back and help fix the totally broken and crime infested places from which they came?”

Naturally, the left has been in an uproar over this and because they see everything through the prism of race, assumed it was a racist comment.
Graham, however, notes that Trump was actually right about the ‘squad’s’ level of hatred for America and defended the President.

“We all know that AOC and this crowd are a bunch of communists, they hate Israel, they hate our own country, they’re calling the guards along our border — the Border Patrol agents — concentration camp guards,” he told the morning show hosts.

The Republican congressman points out that there is no need to address their personal histories, their values are easily defined by their own words.
“They accuse people who support Israel as doing it for the ‘Benjamins,'” he noted. “They are anti-Semitic, they are anti-American, we don’t need to know anything about them personally, talk about their policies.”
Is he lying? Because every word of this statement seems accurate.
President Trump concurred, tweeting Graham’s statements to his followers.

“They are socialists, they’re anti-Semitic, they stand for all the things that most Americans disagree with,” Graham continued. “Make them the face of the future Democratic Party and you will destroy the Democratic Party.”

Graham is 1000% correct on this matter. Ocasio-Cortez – whether it’s through her wildly radical comments, policies, or platforms, or a willingness to call established Democrats racist when they disagree with her, is tearing the party apart.
A brand new survey from an internal Democrat polling firm shows the New York socialist and Omar are increasingly identified as the face of the Democrat party, and overwhelmingly rejected in their views.
“The biggest beneficiary of this (their extremism) will be the Republican Party and President Trump,” stated Graham, “because the policies these four people are pushing are so out of the mainstream.”
The squad is going to help Trump get re-elected and we can’t wait to see how they dive off the cliff with their extremism when that happens.
