Illegal Immigrant Jose Ines Garcia Zarate Found ‘Not Guilty’ In Murder of Kate Steinle

In a stunning decision, a jury in San Francisco cleared illegal immigrant Jose Ines Garcia Zarate of murder and manslaughter charges in the shooting death of Kate Steinle as she walked along a pier with her father in July of 2015.

Being California, the only offense the jury found Zarate guilty of was possession of a firearm. Because guns are bad, illegals and dead American citizens, not so much.

The decision highlights a further need to fix the broken illegal immigration system and build the wall. Zarate had been deported five times and was heading for a sixth at the time of the shooting, but sought out the city of San Francisco for their ‘sanctuary city’ policies that would prevent local authorities from cooperating with federal immigration officials.

The ‘sanctuary city’ policy is the direct reason Kate Steinle is dead today, and it is liberal San Francisco values that allowed an illegal immigrant to get away with it.

Negative reaction to the verdict rang throughout social media, starting first and foremost with the President of the United States …

He’s quite right in that assessment. This verdict will no doubt rekindle the fury that Trump supporters have over illegals getting special treatment when it comes to the law. They get to break the law upon entry into the country and now, evidently, they get away with murder.

This travesty of justice is so infuriating that a ‘boycott San Francisco’ hashtag has begun trending the following day.

It really is remarkable. An illegal immigrant discharged an illegal firearm and was found not guilty of manslaughter.

Democrats continuing to pursue ‘sanctuary city’ policies have already kicked dirt on the grave of Kate Steinle. Now the San Francisco jury just came along and spit on it.

It’s not all over, however. Zarate will be deported:

This is the least that can be done following the heartbreaking verdict. It won’t bring Kate back, but it will get the killer out of our country.

    Tell Mexico that if this guy is found in the US, serious economic sanctions will be enacted on Mexico. Maybe that will get him locked up in a Mexican jail, and he won’t be a bother to the US any more. It is time Mexico did its part to prevent illegal immigration.

    We all have said at one time or another so casually: “He got away with murder.” But yesterday, it actually happened–because of politics and political polarity. An illegal immigrant with a chronic history of several felony arrests killed an innocent American citizen and a jury of her peers–12 other American citizens–found this man not guilty or, in fact, innocent of her murder. But, he was found guilty of felony possession of a firearm because of his criminal history. Apparently the jury believed this illegal criminal immigrant just happened to come across this gun by happenstance and it accidently fired off by itself–and then bounced off a wall and hit and killed the victim without intention. And ultimately, this man’s attorney’s blamed it on President Trump–saying it had to do with “sanctuary cities” and enforcement of federal law to round-up criminal illegal immigrants. Do criminal illegal immigrants have more rights than American citizens? How will states answer this question now–after this jury verdict? Does anyone have the right to get away with criminality… murder?

    Only in California, where one can receive a harsher, longer sentence for using an improper pronoun, than stealing a gun and then killing someone with it. And, someone who had already been identified as a criminal.

    This is how the low life liberal slime in Sacramento want Calif. to go,Brown already want,s to let felons vote, thousands of so called ”low crime” criminals back on the street , they have Newsom running to take over from Brown and no doubt if the liberals get him in this State is really gone ,it will continue to spiral downward like Brown has done to it.I ‘d love to wipe the smirk of that illegal criminal,s face after the low life liberals in Sin Fransico let him walk , outrageous.

    If I had considered a vacation to California, I just changed my mind. Time for all tourists to stop going to CA. I wonder how that would get their attention. Let the illegals support the tourist trade.

    Someone needs to discover how this criminal was able to get back into the US six times. In the discovery process, a criminal system in the criminal California gov. hierarchy might be uncovered that encourages such murderous deviates to return – for a price or other-type payoffs. Several hundred other illegals might be uncovered, who havent committed murder; yet.

Well, America has turned from a Christian country to an atheist, Leftist, Communist brainwashed country, where Anarchy., no respect for laws, reign.     Mexico presents a “clear and present danger to the United States” security and our people. It’s time to station military soldiers all along the borders until the Wall is constructed. The Wall must stand 30 feet tall, preferably with electrified barb wire on top.

    Until that happens, call in the Marines to work round the clock with Border Agents. No more catch and release, either. Transport the border violators on a plane & transport them to Guantanamo or dump them back in Mexico. They must not be tolerated to stay in the United States.

      Increasingly typical in such cases, the necessary background information on this criminal was withheld from the Jury. It would have shed light on the concept that the pistol “accidentally discharged” and thus the deathly shot was fired. Pistol are triggered, they don´t “accidentally fire”.

    How in the WORLD can something like this happen? I agree with Bernie. Build the wall and extend it around Kalifornia. I ran out of there over 30 years ago – AND NEVER LOOKED BACK!
    Now the libs will turn this around and somehow make it the President’s fault – and blanket Conservative values at the same time.

    Travesty of Justice. The man was here illegally, came back 7 times and had 7 felonies on his record, this liberal jury found him not guilty of murder. WHAT did they have to witness the shooting of Kate Steinli? This was murder!
