The Trump Administration released previously classified files on the JFK assassination Thursday, and there have been many startling revelations, including the fact that domestic terrorist and longtime Obama friend Bill Ayers was being watched by multiple high-level federal agencies.
As reported by CBS, a 1969 FBI document sent by the bureau’s director to the President, Vice President, Secretary of State, Secret Service, CIA, Air Force, Army, and the Attorney General details a speech that Ayers, then a member of the Students for a Democratic Society (SDS), gave at American University in which he calls for a war against American “imperialism.”

According to the document, “Ayers was preceded by a member of the Southern Christian Leadership Conference (SCLC) who stated that nonviolence was the means to overcome ills in the United States and who derided SDS for its approach to the problem.” However, when Ayers took to the podium he proclaimed that “the United States ‘imperialist’ army cannot win against the ‘people’s army'” and predicted that “SDS will eventually be engaged in armed conflict against the United States.”
His speech “ended abruptly due to heckling and ridicule from the audience.” It’s doubtful the same would happen today, particularly on the notoriously liberal American University campus.
After his speech decrying American “imperialism,” Ayers went on to become a leader of the Weather Underground, which the FBI has classified as a “domestic terrorist group.” The group carried out multiple bombings across the United States throughout the 1970s, and Ayers even admits in his memoir “Fugitive Days” – first published in September 2001 – that he participated in the bombings of New York City Police Headquarters in 1970, the Capitol building in 1971, and the Pentagon in 1972.
Reminder: This man was friends with our former president.
