Report: Huma Abedin Emails Show More Examples of Hillary Clinton Sending Classified Information

While Democrats and their allies in the liberal media want to move on from Hillary Clinton’s bombshell email scandal and instead obsess over Russian conspiracy theories, conservatives are not allowing Hillary’s scandal to disappear.

A new report from expert investigative group Judicial Watch has revealed that Hillary’s use of a private email server to send and receive classified information is even worse than previously thought, according to emails from top aide Huma Abedin.

According to the report, which included 1,184 pages of additional State Department records, there were “additional instances of Abedin and Hillary Clinton sending classified information through unsecured email accounts and contributors being given special access to the former secretary of state.”

From Judicial Watch:

The records contain 29 previously undisclosed Clinton emails – of a total of which is now at least 288 emails that were not part of the 55,000 pages of emails that Clinton turned over to the State Department. This further appears to contradict statements by Clinton that, “as far as she knew,” all of her government emails were turned over to the State Department. Two of these emails are now available on the State Department’s website.

In a February 2010 email exchange Jake Sullivan, then-Deputy Chief of Staff to Clinton, sent to Clinton’s and Abedin’s unsecure email accounts information that the State Department has classified as the material includes information “to be kept secret in the interest of national defense or foreign policy; foreign relations or foreign activities of the US, including confidential sources.” The redacted information concerns “former GTMO [Guantanamo] detainee Binyam Mohamed” and Mohamed’s request for “various classified intelligence documents” that contained U.S. intelligence information related to his detention before he was taken to Guantanamo.

“These emails are yet more evidence of Hillary Clinton’s casual and repeated violations of laws relating to the handling of classified information,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton, “The Justice Department should finally begin an independent investigation into the Clinton email matter.”

If Congress wants to do its job, then members must truly investigate. These new documents expose that Hillary’s use of her private server to send and receive classified documents was even more extensive than previously known.

Congress should subpoena Huma Abedin and ask her to testify about her knowledge. Given her deep working relationship with Ms. Clinton, she likely will provide valuable information that will shed further light on Mrs. Clinton’s reckless decision to send and receive classified information on a private server.
