New Poll Shows That Hillary Clinton Has a Lower Approval Rating than President Trump

President Trump has endured a 24-hour, 7-days-a-week onslaught of negative news stories, both real and perceived, being run my a mainstream media with a clear and present liberal agenda.

Hillary Clinton has remained relatively hidden, sheltered from her devastating election loss in November, save for the occasional rare photo from the woods.

In short, Trump has been subjected to a non-stop negative public image push, while Clinton has been unscathed.

So it has to be a little jarring when the media and liberals who have been ‘with her’ for so long see that the American people STILL like her even less than the president.

Yet, that’s exactly what we find with a new poll showing Hillary’s popularity remains below the level of Donald Trump’s.

So when you hear all these reports about the President’s ‘historically low’ approval ratings, remember that it could have been much worse had the former First Lady been back in the White House.

Via Bloomberg:

For a president with historically low poll numbers, Donald Trump can at least find solace in this: Hillary Clinton is doing worse.

Trump’s 2016 Democratic rival is viewed favorably by just 39 percent of Americans in the latest Bloomberg National Poll, two points lower than the president. It’s the second-lowest score for Clinton since the poll started tracking her in September 2009.

The former secretary of state has always been a polarizing figure, but this survey shows she’s even lost popularity among those who voted for her in November.

Yikes.

Some more bad news for Hillary – Another recent poll showed that First Lady Melania Trump is more popular than when Clinton was in the same role during her husband’s presidency.

That means both Trumps trump Clinton.

All of this makes us wonder: What were Democrats thinking when they propped up a woman who is so universally despised by both parties as their candidate of choice in 2016?

Whatever their reasoning, we thank them. Hillary’s unpopularity helped lead to a Trump win in November, and the beginning of his efforts to make America great again.

Hillary’s loss is America’s gain.
