Diamond and Silk Fight Back Against Facebook – ‘Suck It Up, Buttercup’

Pro-Trump vloggers Diamond and Silk claim they have been censored by Facebook, having their reach dramatically reduced and thus affecting the bottom line of their brand pages and videos.

The reason why is infuriating. Facebook dubbed the presidential supporting duo as “unsafe to the community.”

It’s been a common theme for conservative bloggers – a current push and outward attempt by Facebook to suppress material coming from the right side of the internet. Such ridiculous justification for doing so to a pair of uber-popular black female supporters of the President speaks volumes as to how blatant the censorship of conservative viewpoints has been on the social media platform.

Diamond and Silk revealed the correspondence between themselves and Facebook, a correspondence they claim has been ongoing for months.

“Facebook gave us another bogus reason why Millions of people who have liked and/or followed our page no longer receives notification and why our page, post and video reach was reduced by a very large percentage,” they wrote. “Here is the reply from Facebook … ‘The Policy team has came to the conclusion that your content and your brand has been determined unsafe to the community.'”

What’s “unsafe to the community” about Diamond and Silk’s content? They’re funny, witty, and they support the President. Which one of those three elements do you think Facebook deems ‘unsafe?’

The pair appeared on “Fox & Friends,” vowing to fight back against the censorship.

“If a privately owned bakery has to go against their Christian values to bake a cake, then Mark Zuckerberg is going to have to suck it up buttercup and allow Diamond and Silk to speak our truth,” they said.

They also posted several questions directed toward Facebook, demanding answers as to how they can justify such actions.

The first question was, “What is unsafe about two Blk-women supporting the President Donald J. Trump?”

The answer to that seems obvious – Anybody from the black community supporting this President, in their mind, has strayed from the liberal plantation. And they can’t have that, now can they?

“This is deliberate bias censorship and discrimination,” the video stars said. “These tactics are unacceptable and we want answers!”
