You Won’t Believe The Christmas Tip This Waitress Got

Waitress

Roxann and Gary Tackett of Quitman, Arkansas gave the Christmas gift of a lifetime to their waitress at a Branson, Missouri Cracker Barrel.  The Tacketts met Cindi Grady this summer and noticed that her car was in very bad shape. The Tacketts originally thought Grady’s car was abandoned because of its poor shape.

The Tacketts surprised Grady with a car the weekend after Thanksgiving. The mother of a disabled son, Grady was unable to replace her car after several accidents with deer. Grady went to the parking lot when her manager asked her to follow her outside. She initially thought she was in trouble. Overwhelmed by the magnitude of the gift, Grady was extremely grateful.

“God says we are supposed to love one another and help each other out, but I have never experienced that love from total strangers,” she added. “I hope someday to ‘pay it forward’ and maybe I can show someone else, who is feeling all alone, what it’s like to feel a stranger’s love.”

Have you ever benefited from an act of kindness from a stranger during the holidays?
