Trump Torches Elections Decisions Coming In From Judges – ‘What Kind Of Court System Is This?’

Trump Biden

President Donald Trump spoke out on Sunday to blast the judges’ rejections of the legal challenges he’s made regarding the results of the 2020 election.

Trump Slams Election Decisions From Judges

“We’re not allowed to put in our proof. They say you don’t have standing,” Trump told Fox News. “I would like to file one nice big beautiful lawsuit, talking about this and many other things, with tremendous proof. We have affidavits, we have hundreds and hundreds of affidavits.”

“You mean as president of the United States, I don’t have standing? What kind of a court system is this?” he added.

This interview came hours after the Pennsylvania Supreme Court dismissed a case brought by Rep. Mike Kelly (R-PA) and other Republicans who were trying to overturn last year’s law creating no-excuse mail-in voting. They were also trying to stop any further action in certifying Pennsylvania’s votes.

Judge Ken Starr said afterwards that Trump’s path to victory is fading despite the fact that he has “numerous” examples of anecdotal evidence.

“But the difficulty now is translating those allegations, intuitions and the reports into actual admissible evidence in court,” Starr explained. “Rudy [Giuliani] in the Pennsylvania litigation … said according to the opinion, this case is not about fraud. Well, at this stage we need to have the evidence.”

Trump Addresses Taking This To Supreme Court

In his own interview, President Trump said that the Supreme Court needs to be “willing to make a real big decision.”

“The problem is, it’s hard to get into the Supreme Court,” he continued. “I’ve got the best Supreme Court advocates, lawyers that want to argue the case if it gets there.”

Though various media outlets have declared Joe Biden to be the winner of the presidential election, Trump has yet to concede, and has instead fought back by filing various legal challenges that he has claimed will expose mass voter fraud.

“We’re trying to put the evidence in, and the judges won’t allow us to do it,” Trump said. “We have so much evidence. You probably saw Wednesday last week we had a hearing in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. … Unbelievable witnesses, highly-respected people, that were truly aggrieved.”

The president also indicated that he still has no plans to concede anytime soon.

“My mind will not change in six months. There was tremendous cheating here,” Trump warned. “If Republicans allow it to happen, you’ll never have another Republican elected in the history of this country, at a Senate level or at a presidential level.”
