The liberal media and the Democrats are losing it. They still haven’t realized that Donald Trump was elected to lead this country and Make America Great Again. With Trump, comes Trump’s cabinet picks. But Senate Democrats have gone to unprecedented lengths to stop Trump’s nominees from getting a fair up and down vote in the Senate.

It is a disgrace that my full Cabinet is still not in place, the longest such delay in the history of our country. Obstruction by Democrats!

This is particularly true of fellow Senator Jeff Sessions, Trump’s pick for Attorney General. Democrats are so unhinged at the prospect of a Sessions leading the Department of Justice, that they are openly breaking Senate laws in order to smear him and derail his nomination.

Ted Cruz has had enough of the Democratic smears and lies, he stood up to the outrageous claims the Democrats are making against their fellow Senator and reminded everyone who the real party of racism and bigotry is.

The “most racist” southerners “who imposed segregation, who imposed Jim Crow laws, who founded the Klan” were Democrats, Cruz charged in an interview with Fox News. “The Klan was founded by great many Democrats and now the Democrats just accuse anyone they disagree with of being a racist.”

Contrary to what this Politico writer states, this is not a “charge” but a flat fact. In fact, there was a former Klansman serving as a Democrat Senator until 7 years ago.

The Democrats are so far out of touch with the American people, they know they can’t stop Trump without lying and cheating.
