The White House swiftly fires Donald Kinsella, a veteran litigator sworn in as interim U.S. Attorney for New York's Northern District just hours after federal judges appointed him to replace Trump loyalist John Sarcone III, whose role a court deemed illegal. Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche bluntly declares on social media, "Judges don't pick U.S. Attorneys, @POTUS does. See Article II of our Constitution. You are fired, Donald Kinsella.
