President Trump fires back at the Supreme Court's 6-3 ruling striking down his sweeping tariffs under IEEPA, calling it a ridiculous, anti-American decision that hands power back to unelected bureaucrats and globalist interests. He swiftly imposed 10% global tariffs Friday under Section 122 of the Trade Act of 1974, which allows up to 15% for 150 days to tackle balance-of-payments crises, and now pledges to raise them to the full 15% while pursuing other legal avenues.
