Trump Slams SCOTUS, Imposes 10% Global Tariff, Hikes to 15%
The Supreme Court rules that IEEPA doesn't authorize presidential tariffs, striking down Trump's prior emergency powers and handing Congress the reins on taxing authority as the Constitution demands. President Trump fires back hard at the activist justices, immediately announcing a 10% global tariff under Section 122 to protect American workers from unfair trade deficits and drug trafficking threats.
