President Trump wastes no time fighting back against activist courts, signing a proclamation Friday night for 10% tariffs on most foreign imports just hours after the Supreme Court voids his initial orders under the IEEPA. The new tariffs, effective Monday under Section 122 authority, last 150 days and exempt key items like certain foods, critical minerals, electronics, cars, and USMCA goods from Canada and Mexico.
