Trump Has More Tools Beyond IEEPA for Tariffs

The Supreme Court just struck down President Trump's IEEPA-based tariffs in a 6-3 ruling, saying the law doesn't authorize the president to slap duties on imports as a national security tool. But don't count Trump out - he fired back with an executive order ending those specific collections while gearing up Section 122 of the Trade Act for new 10% global tariffs and Section 301 probes to hit bad actors trading with Iran and Cuba.
