Suspect Rams Stolen Ambulance into DHS Building

A suspect steals an ambulance from St. Luke's Hospital in Meridian, Idaho, grabs gas cans stashed in nearby bushes, rams the vehicle into the Portico North building housing DHS offices at about 25 mph, then pours accelerant inside and around it but flees before igniting it as police arrive.
