Supreme Court Blocks Alabama Nitrogen Hypoxia Execution

The U.S. Supreme Court is denying Alabama the ability to execute a death row inmate by nitrogen hypoxia. The ruling puts another hard stop on a state trying to carry out a punishment method it believed was lawful.
