SCOTUS Weighs Federal Gun Ban on Drug Users

Ali Hemani faces up to 15 years in prison after FBI agents found a Glock, 60 grams of marijuana, and cocaine at his Texas home; he admitted using pot a few times weekly but kept the firearm secured.
