SCOTUS Slashes Tariffs on Brazil, Reshapes Trade

The Supreme Court just struck down Trump's IEEPA tariffs, slashing the average rate on Brazilian goods from 31.2% to 12.2% and handing Brazil the biggest win among US trade partners. Trump fired back with executive orders, including a 15% blanket tariff under Section 122 for 150 days and fast-tracked Section 301 probes to rebuild the wall around 13.5%.
