SCOTUS Blocks California Gender Secrecy from Parents
The Supreme Court just delivered a massive win for parental rights, blocking California's radical policy that lets schools hide kids' gender transitions from mom and dad. Catholic parents, backed by the Thomas More Society, argued the 2024 Newsom-signed law violates their religious freedoms and 14th Amendment rights to direct their children's upbringing.
