SCOTUS Backs Pro-Life Preacher in Free Speech Win
The Supreme Court unanimously rules in favor of Gabriel Olivier, a Christian street preacher arrested in Brandon, Mississippi, for sharing his pro-life message outside an amphitheater instead of a remote "designated protest area" mandated by a 2019 city ordinance. Olivier pleaded no contest to a $304 fine and probation but now gets his §1983 lawsuit revived to block future enforcement, as the Court narrows the Heck v.
