SCOTUS Backs Parents in Tainted Baby Food Case

The Supreme Court sides with the Palmquist family, a Texas couple suing over baby food contaminated with heavy metals sold at Whole Foods, ruling that manufacturer Hain Celestial Group improperly removed the case to federal court. Hain had convinced a federal judge to dismiss Whole Foods, allowing a trial only against them, where Hain won, but the 5th Circuit reversed, reinstating Whole Foods and sending it back to state court.
