SCOTUS Backs Parents in Tainted Baby Food Case

The Supreme Court sides with the Palmquist family, a Texas couple suing over baby food contaminated with heavy metals sold at Whole Foods, ruling that manufacturer Hain Celestial Group improperly removed the case to federal court.
