Rubio Testifies in Ex-Congressman's Venezuela Lobby Trial

Secretary of State Marco Rubio testifies today in the federal criminal trial of his former roommate and Florida Congressman David Rivera, accused of secretly lobbying for Venezuela's socialist dictator Nicolas Maduro during Trump's first term.
