Dallas police arrest a suspicious masked man outside Texas AG Ken Paxton's election night watch party at a Dallas hotel during his Senate campaign. The individual, dressed in black turtleneck, sweatpants, sunglasses, headphones, camo gloves, hat, and gaiter face covering while carrying a green shoulder bag, sparked alarm and fled in a vehicle without a proper license plate.
