Obama-Appointed Judge Blocks Trump’s $100,000 H-1B Fee
A federal judge has struck down Trump’s $100,000 fee on foreign H-1B workers, calling the move an unconstitutional tax and halting a key part of the administration’s visa overhaul. The ruling is the latest example of a left-leaning judiciary stepping in to undercut an America First push to protect American workers and restore sanity to a broken immigration system.
