Mexican Army Kills Top Cartel Boss El Mencho

Mexican forces finally take down Nemesio Rubén Oseguera Cervantes, aka El Mencho, the brutal leader of the Jalisco New Generation Cartel, in a Sunday raid in Tapalpa, Jalisco. The 59-year-old kingpin, with a $15 million U.S. bounty for his drug trafficking crimes, died en route to Mexico City after suffering fatal wounds, alongside six other cartel thugs killed and three soldiers injured.
