A federal judge permanently bars the Justice Department from releasing Jack Smith's report on Trump's classified documents case, siding with Trump, Walt Nauta, and Carlos de Oliveira. Judge Aileen Cannon, who already tossed the case in 2024 by ruling Smith was unlawfully appointed, issues the order after even the DOJ under AG Pam Bondi agrees the second volume stays sealed to respect separation of powers.
