A federal judge just handed President Trump a big win, refusing to halt construction on his visionary $400 million White House ballroom after the National Trust for Historic Preservation's weak lawsuit fizzled out. Judge Richard Leon ruled the preservation group's arguments under the Administrative Procedure Act don't apply to the executive residence, calling their theories "ragtag" and dismissing their bid for a preliminary injunction.
