Mark Kelly over a video where Kelly and other Democrats rightly remind troops they can refuse illegal orders. Hegseth called it "seditious," threatened Kelly's retirement rank and pay, and even eyed criminal action - pure bureaucratic overreach from a Trump appointee standing for chain of command.
