House Speaker Mike Johnson's push to block votes on President Trump's tariffs until July crumbles as three GOP rebels-Thomas Massie of Kentucky, Kevin Kiley of California, and Don Bacon of Nebraska-join Democrats to kill the procedural rule 217-214. This opens the door for Democrats to force a vote this week on resolutions disapproving Trump's 25% duties on Canadian goods, despite the measures being largely symbolic since Trump can veto them.
